DNA Testing Methods
With the advancement of the technology, DNA Testing Methods have become more precise. With new technology, technicians can work with much smaller DNA samples. Sometime back, DNA tests were performed by using several drops of blood. Nowadays tests can extract DNA samples even from a licked object and be unaffected by junk dna.
DNA samples are kept isolated and purified. In technical terms, these are “unlocked” from parent cells. The cell walls are dissolved with specific detergent. Proteins, present in the cell are consumed by enzymes. After this primary process, DNA sample is purified and concentrated. After this step, testing procedure is adopted.
