Investing for retirement using real estate
There are many approaches to investing and it is difficult to know which approach best suits your needs. I was recently attending a real estate retirement investing seminar to learn more about the benefits of property. It seems that you can generate cash flow returns from rental properties. There is also capital growth potential. The only problem is that you need large sums of money to get involved in this process. I am considering starting a savings plan with the view to purchasing my first property.
