Criticism of brainstorming techniques
When there are many views on a subject, it is necessary for all those present, to honor and appreciate the views of those who are part of the entire group. When brainstorming techniques are in use, it is therefore very important, to listen with a lot of attention and respect for the views of others. There is a possibility that some of the views that are given sound quite foolish and not worth thinking about. Even then the brainstorming techniques that are used and the views that follow need to be examined and evaluated and not just dismissed.
