Winning Child Custody Can Mean the Kids Spend Time With Both Parents
In several states, there is shared parenting and in others there is not. Winning Child Custody doesn’t always mean you get full custody. Sometimes you win because you got the physical custody of the children. However, you might be sharing legal custody with your ex because both of you agree you should both be involved in all legal aspects of your children’s lives. You might have shared parenting altogether and this can be considered winning custody. In this instance, you and your ex determine which days the children live with you, and which days the children live with them. This is usually the best scenario for the kids because they get to spend time with both parents.
