It was pretty challenging when I had to answer all the questions that my nephew asked me regarding public speaking. Discussing about the presentation that I had to do for the proposed new product, I told him about the significance of the Presentation Skill Training which I had attended. The training had taught me how to handle tough questions from the audience and how to grip their attention. I was also taught to organize my thoughts and work before facing the audience. This reduces the risk of fumbling. It was great help learning that the structure and content of the speech must be simple and relevant, respectively.

The place where I work used to be always messed up.  Papers were everywhere; they were on the desk, in the cupboards, in the drawer, on the chair, on the ground.  One day I decided enough was enough, I got to take some steps. I discussed this issue with my colleagues; we decided to use paper clips to arrange these papers.  But here was a catch, the papers were of all sizes; small, big, thin, thick. I decided to visit the shop and there I got a variety of clips which was a perfect match for my requirements. These office paper clips, I found were available in different shapes, sizes and color. So my office which was once messed up with papers lying here and there is now well organized and thankfully theses clips have made my office look colorful too.

People like to see what they are going to buy. Some would like to see proof and be sure that they are getting their money’s worth before shelving their dimes on it.  All of us know the influence of a thirty second commercial. The effect of videoblogging is similar to that. You show your product, people watch it. If they like it, they buy it. If you present it good enough, they’ll buy the product even if they don’t need it.   video conferencing also follows that theory. It is far better to have a conversation with a group of people you can see and interact with rather than just over the phone.
