An Office Without Medical Management Software.
A doctors office with some sort of medical management software would be in a total chaos environment from the time that they opened to the time that they closed. The employees, along with the doctor, would be very frustrated because they would not be able to find anything in any good time frame. Doctors offices did run before the time of the computer, but there were many problems with lost medical records, disgruntles patients waiting hours because the scheduling was all wrong, and disgruntled employees because they just did not have the proper tools in order to run the office with efficiency.
